What is your refund policy?
Due to each item being custom-created, there is no refunds. However, we try to mitigate any issues by offering a digital mock-up of the product before it is started and inspecting all material at the time of engraving to ensure there are no imperfections.
Where is your pricing?
Since we cater to businesses, not-for-profits, and the local community, it is best to give each inquiry a custom quote to ensure the best pricing.
Turn around time?
Striving for a fast turnaround is a high priority for us. We are typically able to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days after an agreed-upon invoice. If an item needs to be ordered, an additional 3 business days may be needed.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Card, and Debit Cards with a Visa / Mastercard logo.
Setup Fee?
Orders are subject to a one-time $15 setup fee. If the order has multiple designs, additional fees may be added at a discounted rate.
Are there discounts for large orders?
Depending on the quantity being ordered, a discount may be available.
Are these dishwasher-safe?
The product listing will state if an item is dishwasher safe or needs to be hand washed. We do suggest handwashing all items to ensure longevity. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Can I provide my design?
Yes! We would need the file in either .SVG or transparent. PNG format. All designs are reviewed to see how they will translate to being laser engraved.
